SCC Minutes
Attendees: Michelle Snarr, Alanna Comer, Katie VanTassell, Alicia Patrick, Jenni Nielsen, Anna Hirschi, Tara Regginello

Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 1st from 3:30-4:40 pm
- Reviewed meeting notes from October of 2022 -Approved unanimously
- Reviewed Current Year’s TSSP and LandTrust Plan
- Keep 98% of kids on benchmark
- Adequate growth expected
- PBIS Cell tower budget will be reviewed in February
- Discussed plans for:
- Safe Walking Routes
- SRO monitoring walking paths- Sego Lily and Ridgemark monitored for speeding vehicles
- Other Safety Concern – Over the last month there has been an issue with a group of teenagers bringing Molitov cocktails that explode during the weekends around 10pm – people/vehicle/ license plate are not visible on video – cameras to be replaced/upgraded – police are aware and monitoring
- Digital Citizenship plans – no updates
- Attendance bulletins have been going out in weekly emails and on social media. Small blurbs each week rather than total policy.
- Doctors notes can be submitted to office electronically
- Safe Walking Routes
No meeting in December, next meeting on Jan 3 at 3:30.
Anna will start sending reminder emails for Michelle.
