1. Opening – Welcome

4. PTA News
   1. Choir concert tonight
   2. Jersey Mikes spirit night tomorrow 4-9:00
   3. Classes will be doing their final park days (teachers and room parents have budgets to spend)
   4. Needs assessment will be coming out
   5. Thank you to PTA for teacher appreciation week! They did a fantastic job!
   6. Awesome communication throughout the year
5. Principal News
   1. Field trips, field days, 
   2. Friday is the open house for our 5 retiring teachers from 3:00-5:00
   3. Finishing Rise testing this week – Make ups will finish up next week
   4. School goals: we were 5% below our goal in reading for pathways to progress
   5. Math school goal: our goal was 75% and we had 67% of the students make their pathways to progress goal
   6. Our goals will stay the same for next year
   7. Our attendance goal is going well – we are on track to reach the goal. A traveling trophy has been purchased to use next year.
6. Monthly Safety Drill Report
   1. We did the earthquake drill with an evacuation (we were in and out in 5 minutes)
   2. This month the drill will be a hold drill
   3. We are 100% with our drills
7. Review of council’s stewardship items – land Trust/TSSA/Cell Tower
   1. TSSA
      1. $77,427 (starting budget)
      2. We have $46,382.28 left. We have spent 40% of our budget
      3. We will roll over about $2,200 to cover Book Blitz from TSSA to Land Trust
      4. Pizza party, prizes for the school, and items for next year will come out of this budget
      5. Will purchase Book Blitz books for next year
   2. Land Trust
      1. Started with $52,891, currently have $17,382. We have used 67%
      2. Just our reading aides are coming out of here and we are moving our math interventionists to this. 
      3. We can roll over about $5,000
      4. If we have the money next year, we will look in to a third math aide
   3. Cell Tower
      1. We have about 48,000 remaining
      2. The risers that were purchased for choir have not come out of this yet
      3. Appreciative of the money that was approved to spend on Teacher Appreciation week.
8. Member concerns/comments
   1. Dirk and Bart will not be returning next year – so there will be a couple openings
   2. Motorized bikes are being ridden in the back of the school – not sure if they are adults or middle/high schoolers
