- Classes will be doing their final park days (teachers and room parents have budgets to spend)

- Friday is the open house for our 5 retiring teachers from 3:00-5:00
- Finishing Rise testing this week – Make ups will finish up next week
- School goals: we were 5% below our goal in reading for pathways to progress
- Math school goal: our goal was 75% and we had 67% of the students make their pathways to progress goal
- Our goals will stay the same for next year
- Our attendance goal is going well – we are on track to reach the goal. A traveling trophy has been purchased to use next year.
- Monthly Safety Drill Report
- We did the earthquake drill with an evacuation (we were in and out in 5 minutes)
- This month the drill will be a hold drill
- We are 100% with our drills
- Review of council’s stewardship items – land Trust/TSSA/Cell Tower
- TSSA
- $77,427 (starting budget)
- We have $46,382.28 left. We have spent 40% of our budget
- We will roll over about $2,200 to cover Book Blitz from TSSA to Land Trust
- Pizza party, prizes for the school, and items for next year will come out of this budget
- Will purchase Book Blitz books for next year
- Land Trust
- Started with $52,891, currently have $17,382. We have used 67%
- Just our reading aides are coming out of here and we are moving our math interventionists to this.
- We can roll over about $5,000
- If we have the money next year, we will look in to a third math aide
- Cell Tower
- We have about 48,000 remaining
- The risers that were purchased for choir have not come out of this yet
- Appreciative of the money that was approved to spend on Teacher Appreciation week.

- Dirk and Bart will not be returning next year – so there will be a couple openings
- Motorized bikes are being ridden in the back of the school – not sure if they are adults or middle/high schoolers
