    1. 100% Done with our drills

    2. We were 100% accounted for at our last drill

    3. Year End Acadience Data

      1. The data was reviewed, and the goal was not made but improvement was made.

      2. Reading: 75%- the goal was 80%

      3. Math: 84% – the goal was 90%

  3. Review of council’s stewardship items –

    1. Land Trust Funds – The supplies will be fulfilled for this year, kindergarten aides come out

      of here as well. We are allowed to carry $5, 057.51. Approved to use $3,000 to buy

      intervention materials for 1st and 2nd for next year to assist with reading goal.

    2. TSSA budgets – allowed to carryover $8,024.58. Any leftover money some items for

      helping with school climate goals. There will be a PBIS room and a sensory room for both

      rooms.

    3. Cell Tower- 100% of it can roll over. .

  4. Next Year’s Council Membership

a. In the fall they will send an email for interest. The website will be updated with

information regarding signing up to be on SCC.

8. Member concerns/comments.

  1. Boundary study – The district sent out a list of schools that would possibly close, and the

    boundaries would be changing. They are doing a study to see what would make the most

    sense.

  2. Daily complaints from parents dropping off in Staff Parking lot.
